Shipping and Returns
How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping is free of charge.
How quickly will I receive my order?
Shipments within Italy take 3-5 business days after the order has been shipped (some regions and inconvenient areas may take up to 2 additional business days).
Shipments to all other countries take 4-7 business days after the order is shipped.
Delivery will be made from Monday to Friday, holidays and pre-holidays are excluded.

How long do I have to make the return?
You may return a product within 14 days after you or your designee has taken physical possession of the products, which is when the shipper confirms to us that they have delivered the order.
At certain times of the year this period may vary, please contact customer service for more information.
What happens if I am out of time for return?
If more than 14 days have passed, you are not allowed to make a return. If there are defects or other problems with your products and you are no longer able to make a return, you can contact our customer service department.
Under no circumstances will returns sent without a written request to the email address: email@example.com be accepted. Shipping costs incurred in sending the products will NOT be refunded under any circumstances.
How can I request a return?
The cost of return is the responsibility of the customer, who will have 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods. The customer is also required to notify us through the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org
When and where will I receive the refund?
Within 10 days after the products have been delivered and inspected by our warehouse, a refund will be made to the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.
Note: Credit Card refunds may take a few days for the transaction to show up on your account.
