Shipping and Returns

 

Shipping

Wyler Vetta S.r.l. offers a free shipping service for all orders placed on the wylervetta.com website:

  • to the Italian Republic, Vatican City and Republic of San Marino by courier. In this case, the delivery time is 3-5 working days from the day of shipment and depends on the destination’s location (for some regions and areas that are hard to reach it may take 7 working days).
  • to the countries shown in the table below via the couriers indicated therein. In this case, the delivery time is 4-7 working days from the day of dispatch.

If orders are received before 1.00 p.m., the products will be shipped the same day, subject to unavailability of the product from our warehouses. If orders are received after 1.00 p.m., the products will be shipped the next day, subject always to product availability.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed by the first working day.

Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Delivery will be made subject to  your signature by way of receipt.

 

Returns

Right of Withdrawal

Wyler Vetta S.r.l. hopes that you will be satisfied with the product purchased, however, if you have changed your mind or are not satisfied with the product purchased, you may return it within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took physical possession of the goods, in accordance with the instructions on the right of withdrawal set out in the “Right of Withdrawal” section of the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Only new, unworn products accompanied by the guarantee certificate and in their original packaging may be returned.

Please note that in accordance with Article 59 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Italian Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of made-to-measure goods, i.e. in the event that you ask, for example, for the bracelet of your watch to be made-to-measure.

If the right of withdrawal has been exercised in accordance with the procedure set out in the “Right of Withdrawal” paragraph of the Terms of Sale and if the product you have returned to us meets the conditions set out in Article 57 of the Italian Consumer Code, we will refund the payments you have made in our favour, using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, within 14 days of the day on which you informed us of your wish to withdraw from the sales contract by writing to info@wylervetta.com.

Please note that for credit card refunds it may take a few days for the transaction to show up on your account. Shipping costs incurred in sending the products will NOT be refunded under any circumstances. This credit card refund will be made through the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, without any costs being charged as a consequence of the refund. Reimbursement may be suspended until receipt of the goods, or until we receive proof from you that you have shipped the goods, whichever is earlier.

The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for natural persons (consumers), and therefore cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes related to their professional activity, if any.

Under no circumstances will returns be accepted without a written request sent to the email address: info@wylervetta.com.

Return procedure:

  1. Download the Return Form by clicking here;
  2. Place the Return Form (completed in its entirety and signed) together with the Guarantee Certificate and Delivery Note inside the package containing the product to be returned;
  3. 3. Pack the Product appropriately and send it by courier to Wyler Vetta S.r.l., Corso Sempione 2, 20154 Milan. The costs for the return are borne by the Customer;
  4. 4. send an e-mail to info@wylervetta.com with the subject ‘Return [order number] – depending on the case: Right of Withdrawal or Defective Product or Product not in conformity with the order’ informing us that you have shipped the product;

Defective products or products that do not conform to the order

If a delivered product is defective or does not conform to the order, please contact our customer service department.
